Attuned Therapy + Wellness

Couples therapy is provided both online and in-person. Both of our practitioners offer couples therapy, though in a different way. Jodie Ellenor has extensive experience working with couples in Toronto many years ago. She has been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which offers couples a way to become reconnected and feel very good about themselves and each other. Tori Hamilton offers couples therapy from her realtional attunement model, where she focuses on how we see the world and how the world sees us. When we are able to build inner awareness together as a couple, we are able to understand why we do what we do, and we can move forward together feeling at peace.
