Attuned Therapy + Wellness

A 60-minute consult at the office. Together we will complete a full perinatal mental health & well-being assessment. As an RN psychotherapist certified in perinatal mental health, lactation consultant and baby-led sleep specialist, I will provide guidance surrounding feeding, attachment-led sleep, nervous system regulation and anything else you would like support with as you navigate parenthood. This session can be submitted to your insurance if RN psychotherapy is covered.
